A liquidity-first platform that helps businesses grow idle cash through automated investment allocation.

Investment logic where being wrong isn’t an option. I lead engineering end to end for this RedSquare client, turning complex fintech requirements into practical architecture and controlled production releases.

The responsibility

Lead engineering for a RedSquare client’s platform overseeing RM20M+ in assets, balancing business priorities with engineering capacity.

The engines

Rebalancing, order management, a recalculation engine, compliance workflows, and reconciliation. An independent Excel financial model validates complex calculations against a trusted reference.

The foundation

Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure for repeatable deployments, plus architecture guidance, code reviews, and peer support for the team.

JomeInvoice

All-in-one e-invoicing middleware between Malaysia’s large enterprises and LHDN.

Built as an MVP, then the volume showed up. My job is to help it scale: find the bottlenecks, refactor what slows it down, and build and maintain an automated test suite integrated into CI/CD to keep releases safe as volume grows.

Diagnose, improve, protect, validate
Diagnose

Used OpenTelemetry traces to identify where requests spent their time under high concurrency.

Improve

Reduced ORM database round trips, optimized SQL, introduced caching, and refactored the code paths behind the observed bottlenecks.

Protect

Built an automated test suite into Git-based CI/CD and AWS delivery, so the platform stays safe to change as volume grows.

Validate

Measured average latency in JMeter stress tests: 3.0s before, 0.5s after. This is a load-test result, not a claim about every production request.

Econommi

Investing without interest, backed by real-world assets.

A riba-free fintech where investors co-own fractions of real car leases, spreading their risk across many assets. I built across the whole ecosystem, then helped take those assets on-chain.

How it all fits together
The model

Instead of lending at interest, Econommi lets investors buy a portion of real car leases. Returns come from real assets, and each investor’s risk is spread across many of them.

What I built

As a founding engineer, I worked on the investment platform, the DealerFlow dealership platform, the admin platform, and the React Native mobile app, on a shared Storybook design system.

Taking it on-chain

Upgraded the asset tokenization to blockchain tokens backed by real-world assets, purchasable with USDC for on-chain liquidity. The work helped secure a US$100K Flow ecosystem grant.

The thinking behind the product
The problem

Hosts need personal invitations and reliable guest management without stitching together design tools, spreadsheets, and messages.

My ownership

Product strategy, design, full-stack development, releases, and customer feedback. I built a drag-and-drop editor, personalized guest links, a template marketplace, RSVP tracking, and a gift registry.

What made the difference

GA4 funnels and cohort analysis help me prioritize user drop-offs. Today I direct and review AI agents across development, design, and marketing, with the product largely maintained through those workflows.

Lead engineering for Fortefi, a B2B investment platform with RM20M+ in assets, delivered for a RedSquare client. Turn stakeholder and financial requirements into architecture, validated calculations, and production releases.

Own Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure and JomeInvoice performance improvements, with automated tests, CI/CD, and code reviews supporting reliable delivery.

Worked across investment and vehicle-leasing products, including a platform with approximately CAD2M in assets. Rebuilt React and TypeScript workflows, modernized Express to NestJS, and integrated Xero to automate invoicing, payment reminders, and reconciliation.

Built a real-world asset tokenization application with Solidity and Flow EVM that helped secure a US$100K ecosystem grant. Supported the team through testing, code reviews, and mentoring.
